Top 5 Final Fantasy Games on Android in Africa: Q3 2023

During the third quarter of 2023, the top Final Fantasy games on the Android platform in Africa experienced varying performances across downloads, revenue, and active users.

FINAL FANTASY VII EVER CRISIS showed a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at around $456 in mid-September. However, downloads saw a significant decline from 3.5K in the first week of September to just 386 by the end of the month. Active users also dropped sharply from 3K to 684 over the same period.

Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire maintained a more consistent performance. Weekly revenue varied throughout the quarter, peaking at $206 in late June and $161 in the final week of September. Downloads increased significantly mid-quarter, reaching a high of 476 in the second week of September, before tapering off to 180 by the end of the month. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 300-400 throughout the period.

Final Fantasy XV: War for Eos had a peak revenue of approximately $486 in late July, but this dropped considerably to around $30 by the end of September. Downloads saw a steep decline from 298 in late June to virtually none by mid-September. Despite these changes, active users showed a slight downward trend, decreasing from 1.7K to 1.4K over the quarter.

FINAL FANTASY VI had minimal revenue throughout the quarter, with a peak of only $10 in early July. Downloads remained low but steady, ranging between 18 and 38 downloads per week.

FINAL FANTASY III (3D REMAKE) experienced a similar trend with low revenue, peaking at $15 in late August. Downloads were also modest, ranging from 15 to 31 per week.
